Location: the plot is in the villa settlement Romcha, the land of vlg Vlado Trichkov (commune Svoge). It is about 20 km west of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.

Getting to: from Sofia by with car or by train or bus to Romcha and then 2.8 km on foot. The trip by any vehicle takes about 30 min.

The plot is located in a villa settlement that is in the Iskar Gorge, a wonderful canyon in the Stara Planina
Mountaines (the Balkans). There are old sights, e.g. the St. Paraskeva Church, as well as the Iskar River
flows is near by; the clean and fresh air makes it an excellent place for rest and walk. The view is
delightful from everywhere: mountains, vast expanses of the sky, forests (mainly pine trees), roofs of
villas, glades, parcels…
The plot is located about 100 km from the famous ski resort Borovets and 50 km from the ski resort
Vitosha.

All deeds are available; there is not any debit, the taxes are paid.
